Job Description:
•Managing a portfolio of accounts, usually the agency’s largest accounts, for major high-profile clients and top business leaders;
•Dealing with all aspects of a campaign.
•Peer management of cross functional teams to assure that client requirements are delivered.
•Working cross functionally with other areas of agency to increase company-wide revenue production within the account.
•Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate revenue.
•Leading and training other members of the account team.
•Managing the work of account executives.
•Leading project management activity, develop timelines and maintain budget tracking for each project
•Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team.
•Achieving sales targets.
•Attending client meeting.
• Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives.
•Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
•Following the annual business strategy.
•Take an active role in new business development, collaborate on pitches
•Supervise the franchise teams’ implementation of Marketing communications plans and advertising efforts.

Candidate Requirements
- Education Level and Background relevant:
•Bachelor degree.
•7 to 8 years of experience.
•2 years of managerial experience.
•Deeply rooted advertising knowledge and experience.
•Fluency in English.
•MBA holder is preferred.
