• Act as key account manager for a number of key accounts on which Bladonmore is an advisory partner for corporate communications, publishing or training
• Deliver day-to-day public relations support to corporate communications team for key accounts. This is going to demand a flexible approach. The Bladonmore lead on the account is based in London and spends a week a month in AD and we work with a partner agency to service the needs of the account
• Act as account manager for a number of key accounts on which Bladonmore is an advisory partner for corporate communications, publishing or training
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, understand their key communication issues and demonstrate a consultative approach to help solve their issues with the range of Bladonmore capabilities
• Create tailored ideas that will add value to your clients’ businesses and back these up with client focused proposals; be comfortable pitching to the most senior management within the client organisation individually and/or alongside senior members of Bladonmore
• Develop your internal client networks internationally to maximise revenue potential
• Increase the proportion of contracted revenue from your client base
• Where possible find opportunities to introduce other areas of Bladonmore to help clients and build closer relationships between the two companies
• Ensure clients are satisfied after each project
• Contribute to company marketing materials, and help ensure our service remains competitive
• Contribute to the development of Bladonmore’s business in the Gulf region
• To undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required from time to time.
• Ensure you always keep Salesforce up to date with your client contact data and opportunities
• To be an ambassador for the business at all times
• Empathy with Gulf-based clients is essential

Skills
• Be a self motivated, high-energy individual who can confidently take ownership of client projects
• Must be locally based to Abu Dhabi
• Be an experienced client manager with a track record in delivering public relations or communications projects within an agency environment
• Have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and have the confidence to advise senior executives
• Have experience of financial, corporate communications or public affairs
• Have experience of project managing publications or communications programmes
• Be capable of working independently in a small team
• Be highly organised and efficient and able to apply excellent attention to detail.
• Have project managing publications or communications programmes
• Be able to develop opportunities to improve our client relationships commercially where appropriate
• Have the ability to perform within tight deadlines
• Be skilled at co-coordinating between client and Bladonmore’s operational teams (based in London) to ensure that the client work we deliver is always high quality
• Have experience of/or interest in working in multi-cultural Arabic speaking organisations
