Based in Kuwait, they are now looking to recruit an Account Manager to contribute to the success of their team and the organization in achieving the vision of the division by contributing to expand the customer network by providing creative value added solutions.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilites with include:
• Communicate ideas and plans with clarity and purpose driven by company values and the Division’s vision.
• Seek, appreciate, assist, and participate significantly in unit specific projects or cross Divisional ones.
• Share responsibility for achieving Key customer growth and divisional targets.
• Attend, participate and contribute at team meetings.
• Drive the department’s business through superior customer service and provide updated product information.
• Communicate and meet with customers on a regular basis.
• Develop and maintain joint business plans with key Customers.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through innovative propositions and ethical sales methods.
• Meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets.
• Develop and maintain innovative sales presentation standards.
• Responsible for successful implementation and effective monitoring of sales, distribution and customer business growth objectives.
• Responsible for collecting and compiling market information on various competitive brands.
• Responsible for the continuous improvement in efficiency, quality and adherence to the Quality Management System.
The ideal Candidate will have 1-2 years Sales experience in a FMCG or Pharmaceutical company with a proven track record in Sales. You will be motivated, enthusiatic and hungry to be successful, whilst acting in a professional manner at all times. You also must be able to obtain a NOC from your current employer.
