Our client, distributes Telecommunication Network Infrastructure components, IT products and Mobile handsets is currently seeking to recruit a dynamic Account Manager for their Dubai OfficeResponsibilities 1. Initiating, Developing and Managing the relationships with Operators whose Africa and Middle East regional (procurement) offices are located in the UAE or Gulf 2. Ensuring that the company is registered with, and becomes a preferred OEM supplier to, Operators 3. Mapping Customer Needs 4. Monitoring Tender publications 5. Sales Pipeline Management 6. Arranging or conducting Customer Presentations 7. Coordinating Quotation or Bid processes 8. Deal Negotiations and Closing 9. Provision of Sales Reports and Input in aid of Budgeting 10. Ensuring timely delivery of Orders and deployment of Project Management 11. Identifying, Proposing andor Running Customer Events, Trade Exhibitions, Marketing Activities 12. Dealing adequately with any Customer Requests, Situations and Problems
Requirements 1. An enthusiastic, optimistic, amiable, high-energy people person to whom customers award the business when all other 'things' are being equal 2. Extremely service minded 3. Think solutions, simplify problems 4. Familiar with Consultative Selling approach and proven Track Record of closing Large Deals 5. A natural Negotiator who handles objections comfortably 6. Independent self-starter and organizer 7. Must have a good knowledge on Mobile Telecommunication Infrastructure 8. Excellent command of the English language. Arabic andor French would be an advantage 9. Understanding on Middle East, African and Asian cultures
