ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our firm has an opening in O2 Oman for an Advertising Account Director; this will be a permanent position;

• Manages the Client Servicing Department, knowing they are establishing and maintaining contacts with clients. Deals with clients, to maintain goodwill and promote business, to address and resolve problems and to discuss advertising contracts.
• Overall in charge of formulating sales goals in order to grow client portfolio revenue and developing skills and expertise within the team.
• Responsible for providing overall development of business from existing clients. Builds strong on-going relationships with the clients and ensures a high level of client satisfaction.
• Pays attention to details, ensures excellent client service, manages customer expectations, resolves issues and cultivates lasting relationships.
• Serves as a liaison between the client and the agency, maintains good internal relations with all other functions to be able to provide excellent service to the client.
• Performs a strategic role by managing all the company’s sales and revenue activities. Ensures the highest standards of professionalism and knowledge in all staff.
• To lead and direct Client Servicing team to deliver consistent service, exceed customer expectation and achieve dept specific objectives;
• Actively seek opportunities to generate additional exposure through the media for and on behalf of the various business units.
• Attend launches, promotions and events for and on behalf of the various business units as may be required by management.
• Act as spokesperson for and on behalf of the business units as may be required by management.
• Making sure that the new Business Development is being achieved.
• To make sure that the O2 expectation plan must be done within the specifically given time frame.
• To submit the monthly report for the Client Servicing Team of overall performances and to monitor their Quarterly KPI reports.
• To submit the monthly report for Clients overall status.
