Advertising Account Director | Y&R Beirut, Lebanon

Y&R Beirut is currently looking for an Account Director.
Your main responability will be to direct and manage a profitable account, lead and motivate the team, help develop consistent advertising. build an effective relationship with client and agency people.

But also:
• To inspire and motivate the team involved in the business across agency disciplines – creative, planning, media and production to ensure optimal output.
• To achieve agency business goals e.g. meeting budget targets thereby contributing to agency profitability.
• To make strategic recommendations and presentations, advocate and inspire great advertising, on the assigned brands.
• To identify growth opportunities with existing clients and thus enhance both he agency and client business.
• To motivate and train the Account Manager to both develop the Account Manager’s skills and provide better service to the client.

Minimum:
Degree in Business Administration.
Computer skills:- MS-Office.

2 years in a similar role. Total of 7 years with relevant experience in relevant product category. Large to medium size agency experience.

Desirable:
MBA. Large agency experience and some experience in a client organization.
Bi-lingual (English and Arabic).
