An advertising account executive acts as a link between clients and our agency. And is responsible for the day-to-day running of our clients’ needs and requirements. Liaising between the client and our staff and suppliers in order to coordinate the details of projects. And ensuring that they are completed as specified, on time and within budget.
Primary Roles:
• Discussing the products, services and advertising requirements of each particular client
• Setting up meetings with clients and other agency staff
• Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
• Overseeing the status of advertising campaigns
• Writes job offers to clients after their approval
• Writing reports, keeping records and financial details
• Helping to secure new business
• Undertaking administrative tasks (including – and not limited to – purchasing needed projects materials, delivering output to clients, invoicing, and collection)
PS. Valid drivers license and owns a car is a MUST
