Serves as a liaison between the clients and Account Manager. Works closely with other functions within O2 and coordinates efforts in creating and producing effective marketing communications campaign.
1. Works under the guidance of the Account Managers and deals with clients
2. Develops client relationship by serving as a key internal and external contact for project status and workflow and Develop and manage project plans and logistical project details. Coordinate project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel.
3. Helps Account Managers to facilitate team meetings and team communications.
4. Help Account Managers. In their daily task
5. Responds to inquiries and researches and resolves problems related to transactions handled by the unit
6. Keep apprised of client’s products/services/marketing developments.
7. Gather and assemble background information, research, and analyses as needed for development of creative briefs and new business presentations
8. Respond to client phone calls and be aware of all client activities to provide back-up to the Account Director.
9. Prepare Quotation for Client under supervision and approval of Account Managers
10. Coordinate signatures/approvals from clients and make sure all media and projects proceed according to plan and deadlines
11. Act as liaison with other agency departments and vendors. And Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
12. File and maintain samples and Review client billing
Skills
• Understanding of general advertising principles and account service protocol
• Skills to develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for the clients in line with O2 mission Know your market first
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Knowledge and understanding of newspaper/magazine advertising principles, procedures, regulations, and standards.

• Knowledge of marketing strategies, processes, and available resources.
