ARA Research and Consultancy, a specialized market research and consultancy firm, today announced the appointment of Donatella Donatelli as Communication and Client Relationship Director. Based in the company’s Dubai office, Donatella will oversee key clients’ relationship and support the drive for new business opportunities across the GCC.
Donatella has over a decade of professional experience within the marketing communication field gained working for leading public relations firms in Europe and in the GCC.
Donatella joins ARA Research & Consultancy from BPG Public Relations, a WPP company, where she operated out of Kuwait and Dubai as PR Director, working across a portfolio of GCC consumer and corporate clients.
Prior to working at BPG, Donatella spent seven years at Edelman, based in Milan and London and advising brands such as Shell, Samsung, Lavazza, UPS, Levi’s, on consumer and corporate international campaigns.

Donatella holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Milan and a Master degree in International Affairs from the Institute of International Political Studies of Milan. She also holds a postgraduate diploma on Public International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law and on European Union’s Institutions and Politics from the Institute of European Studies Alcide De Gasperi of Rome. Donatella speaks four languages fluently.
