This is supposed to be interesting, The Roads & Transport Authority in Dubai and Department of Municipal Affairs in Abu Dhabi have tapped into the social media world with the launch of channels on YouTube and Facebook.
Abu Dhabi’s Department of Municipal Affairs, which joined YouTube last May, has launched three videos about the Emirate, the latest video that has been launched was titled “What is Abu Dhabi” where they questioned many people about what they love in Abu Dhabi, what places they’ve visited, the life in the city, what could be better and some more interesting questions.
The Roads & Transport Authority in Dubai joined YouTube earlier last month and added videos about their activities, same thing was in Facebook’s group.
It’s really interesting to see governmental authorities adopting new media for their communications.
