As the National Sales Manager, your primary focus will be the acquisition of new construction projects with Architects, Interior Designers, Developers and Investors primarily in Doha. Developing solid contacts with Architects, Planners and general contractors whilst also developing a strategic-and operational concept of expanding regional sales penetration will also fall under your duties. In addition to this, you will be responsible for reporting to the Regional Office in Dubai, leading the local organization according to sales revenue development and generating the annual budgets in concert with the Regional Head Office in Dubai.
Skills
The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial leader, possessing advanced professional technical credentials with proven sales success of at least 10 years within the building materials or a related industry. She or he will be adept at building and maintaining exceptionally strong relationships and must show solid evidence of similar experience in a related industry. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are absolutely essential. You will be required to travel outside of Qatar for up to 10% of your time. Comprehensive product training will be provided at the headquarters in Switzerland
