Arabic Sales Director (Out of Home Media) | Dubai, UAE

Our client, a complete out of home media solution provider and one of the largest out of home advertising concessionaires in the MENA region, is urgently looking for an Arabic speaking Sales Director for their office in Dubai. The main job of the sales Director will be to manage the entire spectrum of related activities of the sales department and lead the sales team from the front.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN UAE WILL BE CONSIDERED
The main duties and responsibilities of the sales director will be:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve the annual sales / revenue targets.
• Develop and implement a territory management plan to ensure total market coverage.
• Coordinate with Head of Marketing to develop sales collateral and other promotional material to aid the sales team.
• Submit periodic sales report to the senior management.
• Personally visit senior level clients.
• Coordinate with operation department to obtain roll out dates for new sites to minimize voidage.
• Develop and implement sales incentive plan in conjunction with the finance director.
• Develop a sales order processing procedure to ensure the customer orders are in line with company’s financial strategy.
• Develop a customer management database in order to develop strong relationships with customers and to identify buying patterns.
• Create Brand awareness and loyalty.
• Ensure recruitment and training of competent sales staff.
• Manage, motivate, develop and appraise all staff within the department.
• Expand the market by identifying new business opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence to understand the market in order to undertake new sales development initiatives.

The Sales Director MUST HAVE:
• Minimum of 12 years overall media sales experience, out of which 5 years should be in Out of Home media sales in UAE / Middle East.
• Experience in spearheading a sales team of at least 6 executive.
• Experience in Sales Incentive Plan development.
• Experience in sales force management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
• Good relations at senior level in at least 10 major media buying units in the region.
• Ability to sell new and non conventional advertising opportunities.
• Graduate with additional qualification in sales, marketing will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of how media and specifically Out of Home is planned and purchased.
• Fluently Bilingual (native Arabic speaker with fluent English)
