Our Client, an International company dealing with diversified technology and manufacturing products, serving customers worldwide with aerospace products and services; control technologies for buildings, homes and industry; automotive products; turbochargers; and specialty materials, is looking for an Area Sales Manager for their branch in KSA.
Your main duties and responsibilites will include:
1.Strengthen system and consulting knowledge applicable to vertical markets
2.Understand key processes and economic drivers, to develop valued customer partnership in control and business solutions (system integrators)
3.Achieve the agreed targets in top line growth through customer bookings
4.Carry out business improvement and achieve aggressive productivity targets
5.Be the champion of sales processes and disciplines
6.Accurate planning and forecasting of sales performance
7.Aggressively deploy new business initiatives
8.Perform account (New & Existing) development
9.Enhance/upgrade technical selling skills of our workforce/distributors & monitor their progress/performances on monthly basis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering/ Instrument & Control System
Minimum 10 years in the filed of sales and marketing in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals etc.
Technical understanding of fire and gas detection system /instruments
Product Management, People Management, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Sales Planning, Financial Planning and Strategy.
