Our client, a world leading FMCG organisation, currently seeks an Assistant Brand Manager to join their expanding regional team. This is a great opportunity to join a young vibrant, fun FMCG marketing team!
Based in Dubai, reporting to the Brand Manager, you will work closely with the brand manager across the Middle East markets to execute the marketing plan. Your key responsibilities will be to manage and execute the marketing calendar, managing predominantly ATL and BTL plans as well as packaging and new initiative management. This will involve working across the markets with your fellow country sales managers to ensure that the marketing plans are maximized in store. You will manage the monitoring and tracking of retail audit data, making recommendations on how to handle in market changes to drive value share. You will also track and manage the A&P budget to ensure that spending is in line with the marketing plans. You will play a critical role in the development of the brand, looking at brand positioning and working with your international counterparts on executing the new brand architecture and innovation pipeline.
As the ideal candidate, there are a few must haves. You must currently be based in Dubai; you must have 1-2 years FMCG marketing experience as an ABM in a client side FMCG multinational. Prior Middle East experience is not a must, so those who might have just arrived into Dubai could be considered. You will be the kind of person who is a self starter, who can work independently. You will be hungry to learn and grow and will have a passion for marketing. You will be a highly collaborative individual who enjoys working in teams.
