Our client are a developer based in Abu Dhabi; They have a vacancy for Assistant Manager for corporate communications; Your role will be to ;
1. Develop, implement, and manage central repository of communications content, it Business Units and all subsidiaries.
2. Enable internal and external communication activities for the company, by defining content of all promotional messages and communicate goals and objectives via various stake holders.
3. Align Communications content with the sister authorities and the CEO’s press secretary.
4. Research media trends to determine behaviour patterns and new trends.
5. Ensure the consistency and alignment of all corporate materials across all communications activities for regulating and streamlining the company, its Business Units and its entire subsidiary portfolio communications.
6. Provides leadership in building profiles of the Executive Committee through speech development and coaching.
7. Communicate regularly with executive committee to provide information on specific and business issues.
8. Effectively presents company value proposition and strategy, based on knowledge of industry, products and services and translating that into core communication material.
9. Develop and manage a centralized communications database which includes current and prospective business unit information, access to White Papers, etc.
10. Work with Senior Management on strategic initiatives relative to external and internal communications and provide tactical content support for those directives.
11. Ensure complete compliance of content with UAE Government regulations, company policies, and/or company rules, standards and guidelines pertaining to communications and public relations activities.
Qualification:
Masters Degree in communication or related field.
Experience:
6 to 8 years work related experience in similar sector out of which 5 were in a senior position, a Multinational environment and Communication department. First-rate hands-on media relations skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key trade press.
