Job Purpose :
The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for participating in the development and execution of annual marketing plans for the Home Building Division, consistent with the Company’s growth and profit objectives.

Key Accountabilities :
Gathering market intelligence, competition bench marking and market monitoring; Coordinating with Product Mangers, Showroom, Ad Agency & Suppliers; Supervising promotions and campaigns; Building consumer insights through market research; Initiating and supervising customer relationship contact programs; Initiating new ideas for consumer promotions; Timely and proper implementation of the marketing calendar; Effective implementation of marketing promotions; Consistent tracking of customer satisfaction and relationship activities; Creating a customer data bank for direct marketing campaigns; Providing qualitative ideas for consumer promotion campaigns; Maintaining constant targeted communications via newsletters, PR, direct mail and database campaigns; Ability to evaluate the marketing effectiveness of campaign activity to include – appropriate post implementation reviews and return on analysis in conjunction with team.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required
:Skills * Ability to understand, interpret and deal with market and consumer dynamics;* Experienced in negotiating with suppliers for effective use of marketing budgets;* Thorough understanding and application of marketing concepts;* Understanding of market research techniques and application;* Understanding and interpretation of advertising concepts, media planning and budgeting;* Good communication and presentation skills (English and Arabic);* Ability to collate, analyze and interpret statistical information;* Self-motivated, team player, and can work under pressure.Education* Degree qualified – with bias for Marketing Experience* 2 to 4 years full time, hands-on experience in a marketing function – Brand/Product management;* Should have dealt with Ad Agencies, Research Companies and Media;* Proficient in Microsoft software’s such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc;* Should have been involved in consumer studies, market research and marketing plans.
