Our client is a well established distribution company in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia. With well over 40 years experience, our client currently handles over 20 different brands, and many hundreds of SKUs. Ideally located in Jeddah, they have offices throughout the Kingdom, and are expanding every year. Currently focused on Food & Beverages as well as Light Household Goods, with an emphasis on “quality brands” rather than “value brands”. Responsible for the commercial development of his/her category. Job holder will need to demonstrate a good knowledge of marketing, planning, and analysis. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, tasks will include, but are not limited to, competitor analysis, brand positioning, brand strategy, pricing, promotional activities, and trade marketing.
Job holder will use strategies developed to guide category and product planning activities in the particular category, pricing and product cost structure. Job holder may use specific techniques to develop appropriate strategies (e.g. Gap analysis) and will be experienced marketing practitioner with highly developed commercial, conceptual and planning skills developed either through sector management or related project management.
Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business related discipline.
• 2-3 Years stretching experience in Marketing within FMCG industry at a managerial level.
• Excellent knowledge of products and markets.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• In depth knowledge and understanding of market characteristics and dynamics.
Education
