Job purpose
Develop, implement and coordinate with the Corporate Marketing team strategic plans to promote corporate product, achieving sales and marketing objectives within budget.
Main accountabilities
1. Develop and agree with corporate marketing team, corporate New Business & intermediaries team and Sales Director strategic marketing objectives that require development, planning and implementation of the following:
a. Develop strategic marketing objectives based on corporate sales objectives
b. Formulate tactics to support strategic objectives, coordinating closely with the whole marketing and sales teams
2. Lead in corporate branding activities; sign off on all branding materials for corporate products, making sure all elements are in accordance with group standards
3. Develop marketing and action plans for corporate sales that are both measurable, cost-effective given the current market situation, liaising closely with appointed advertising arm.
a. Conceptualize ATL campaigns to support corporate sales objectives, while at the same time promote the Bupa brand
b. Develop new and assess current BTL materials making sure the messages are updated and tailored for its intended audience as well as follow the group corporate standards on branding.
i. Coordinate with sales support team in the maintenance and adequate stocking of corporate sales packs and other sales-related materials
ii. Liaise with Provider Relations in making sure the provider sales lists are updated regularly and contains correct and accurate information
c. Advice and assist on venue branding and event handling of company sponsored events, ie exhibitions, symposiums, etc..
d. Develop messages and communications (printed and electronic) for specific publics, highlighting business developments that can be used to highlight services during the sales process.
i. Work closely with Marketing Officer and sales support team to ensure updated and accurate prospects list and sales funnel are recorded in a database, ie Goldmine.
4. Work closely with related business heads in the development of new corporate products; propose enhancements to current product to make our offering even more competitive in the market.
5. Develop a communications plan specifically for intermediaries to further exploit potential of this particular sales channel.
6. Communicate BTL and ATL communications and materials for better understanding of corporate sales team.
7. Lead in the development of presentations for various award participations.
8. Liaise and coordinate with various business units on requests such as advice on external communication, simple communication designs, and inputs in presentations, as may be requested from other departments from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the new products managment field.
- Self motivated
- Team Player and creative
- Excellent English & Arabic Languages
