1. Strategic
1.1. Works closely with the CEO to establish the brand.
1.2. Builds an annual business plan and budget to reflect brand positioning.
1.3. Develops goals, strategic objectives, and action plans.
1.4. Initiates, drives and delivers current and new brand operations growth across the sector in line with the strategic direction of the whole business.
1.12. Present periodic business review reports to the CEO.
2. Profitability
2.1. Negotiates positioning of brand, new product areas, growth, pricing, and competitiveness, on behalf of the business.
2.2. Maximises turnover by ensuring accurate, timely and commercial
sales planning and re?forecasting, covering both like?for?like and new stores.
2.3. Drives correct attitude for brand development to maximise turnover.
2.4. Ensures the brand delivers business plan profit through delivery of volume and cash margin, maintaining brand profitability by management of full price and mark down sales, intake margins, levels of mark down activity and terminal stock.
3. Provide leadership to operations and support.
3.1. Produces sales and margin plans and forecasts ‘by store by week’.
3.2. Decides buying plans, how to manage stock (phasing, allocation, replenishment, promotions, sales).
3.3. Oversee operational and financial performance of the brand in different countries.
3.4. Provides support and on the job training to all team members, developing/stretching their abilities through direction and supervision. Services to plan and develop the infrastructure for logistics.
4. Business opportunities
4.1. Plans and implements an events calendar for positive brand building through promotional activities, which maintain brand integrity and values.
4.2. Participates in business improvement projects to ensure Brand requirements are represented in all major business?wide initiatives and systems.
5. Compliance

Skills
• Masters degree in business
• 10 years Experience of major brand franchising, merchandising, product development, operations, marketing, brand equity and values
• Can do attitude
• Extensive existing franchisor network
• Middle East retail experience
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Exposure to a multi?product fashion retail environment
• 2?3 years in a senior role within a mix of merchandising, product development, operations or marketing.
