* Manages the execution of the integrated marketing plan, ensuring consistency with brand strategy, brand keys, and brand communication plan.
* Drives Innovation towards new frontiers of consumer understanding, and innovation opportunity development.
* Translates brand strategy and brand keys into strategically sound and effective brand marketing plans.
* Identifies R&D requirements of the assigned brands
* Monitors performance on key performance indicators, and take corrective action to ensure targets are met.
* Manages the advertising, promotion and PR agencies and packaging design departments, driving forward the creative ideas.
