Our client, a world leading FMCG multinational organisation, currently seeks a Brand Manager to join their expanding regional team.
Based in Dubai, reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage a strategic brand covering the entire Middle East & North Africa. You will work with research agencies to better understand your consumers, their needs, and develop communication plans with partner advertising agencies to drive share of your brand. You will work in a multifunctional team to drive holistic sales and marketing strategies across each market, ensuring there is a plan for each market and channel. You will manage global innovations and tailor them to the needs of the Middle Eastern market ensuring that there is the right pricing, promotional and retailer plan in place, working closely with the national sales manager to ensure the sales teams have all of the tools they need to win with their retailers. You will work with market research agencies to track and analyse retail audit KPIs, and write recommendations to drive your brand forward. On the organizational side, you will manage an assistant brand manager and play a key role in their growth and development.
As the ideal candidate, you will ideally be degree educated with a minimum of 3 years FMCG blue chip multinational marketing experience, ideally with some time in a brand manager capacity, however senior ABMs will be considered. You will have had ownership and input into customizing global campaigns and initiatives to relevant markets, as well as creating innovation within new markets. You will have a track record of delivering growth and creating strategic plans and concepts that have step changed the business. You will have exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of the organisation. You will be an excellent presenter who is able to convey ideas in a simple and clear way to energise the organisation into action.
