Our client, a multinational medical company specialising in beauty, asthetic and dermatological solutions is seeking a Brand Manager to handle the Dubai operations.You main job Responsibilities would include Driving consumers to the company retailers and to persuade them that the company brand offerings are the best option for their chosen sport Looking after the UAE retailer base and developing this to ensure that the company has the best retailers covering the whole of the UAE and certain other GCC markets Calling on retailers on a regular basis to show them new products and convince them to build the company's brand(s) within their stores Coming up with 'added value' promotions to reinforce our brand values and drive consumers to the stores thus demonstrating and reinforcing the retailer decisions to stock the company's products Being involved in the decisions on advertising and marketing Agreeing UAE and GCC pricing strategy, dealer margins and retail prices – ensuring that this is 'in line' with Europe Negotiating with suppliers to ensure that the company is getting the best possible deal and maximising the company's profit margin Attending conferences and events around the world to review new products and to uncover new marketing initiatives. Organising conferences for doctors and other medical staff Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administration staff e.g. receptionists Managing budgets (for catering, outside speakers, conferences, hospitality, etc) Keeping detailed records of all contacts and reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products Maintaining knowledge of new developments in Medical field, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area Working with team managers to plan how to approach contacts and creating effective business plans for making sales in a particular area.

Skills
The ideal candidate will be a graduate from a reputed university. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills. You will have the ability to handle your own correspondence and should have a valid UAE driving licence.
