RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic
1.1. Builds annual business plan to reflect brand positioning. Negotiates key aspects of the planned delivery with the Host Brand. Leads and directs business discussion processes at the appropriate level, within general approval of senior management.
1.2. Negotiates positioning of brand, new product areas, growth, pricing and competitiveness, on behalf of the business.
1.3. Re?forecasts on a continuous basis through the plan period.
1.4. Acts as prime Multitrend interface with host brand for all activity; ensures all functional areas, and specifically Operations are effectively informed of brand values, priorities and requirements, and communicates brand values to customer base through effective marketing.
1.5. Provides direction and expertise based on the requirements of the Brand.
2. Profitability
2.1. Maximises turnover by ensuring accurate, timely and commercial sales planning and re?forecasting, covering both like?for?like and new stores.
2.2. Ensures the brand delivers business plan profit through delivery of volume and cash margin, maintaining brand profitability by management of full price and mark down sales, intake margins, levels of mark down activity and terminal stock.
2.3. Ensures pricing of new product reflects both local market and host brand positioning to ensure maximum competitiveness.
2.4. Decides activities needed to meet business plan; recommends additional /specific promotion activity when not achieving business plan.
3. Cooperate with operations and support.
3.1. Produces sales and margin plans and forecasts ‘by store by week’.
3.2. Provides support and on the job training to all team members, developing/stretching their abilities through direction and supervision.
3.3. Decides areas of focus for improvement/development.
3.4. Assist in recruiting employees for operations.
3.5. Assists Support Services to plan and develop the infrastructure for logistics.
4. Business opportunities
4.1. Plans and implements an events calendar for positive brand building through promotional activities, which maintain brand integrity and values.
5. Participates in business improvement projects to ensure Brand requirements are represented in all major business?wide initiatives and systems.

Skills
• Masters degree in business
• 5 years Experience of brand franchising, merchandising, product development, operations, marketing, brand equity and values
• Can do attitude
• Middle East retail experience
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Exposure to a multi?product fashion retail environment
• Exposure to merchandising, product development, operations or marketing.
