The Role :
TheBrand Marketing Managerwill be supporting the American Eagle Outfitters brand within Fashion and Footwear.American Eagle Outfitters offer high quality on – trend clothing and accessories at affordable prices. The brand targets 15 to 25 year old girls and boys. American Eagle Outfitters will be launched in the Middle East in 2010 with the first stores opening in Kuwait and Dubai followed by further expansion throughout the region.Working with the American Eagle team, the Brand Marketing Manager will manage the marketing services function to support the brand and ensure that all above and below the line materials are delivered within budget and that the content and quality of all communications enhance the brand and grow the business in line with brand objectives.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with management & operations to deliver the marketing services required in line with the budget* Liaise with internal and external support teams to deliver marketing services in a timely & efficient manner* Manage external relationships including all media & third party suppliers to ensure events are carried out efficiently* Ensure effective communication with agencies in all markets & ensure adherence to agreed procedures, cost agreements & service levels* Guide supporting team to deliver Marketing services, deliver feedback on budgets according to the Business Plan & make recommendations* Maintain promotional calendar in line with brand trading strategy* Develop creative, commercial events to enhance external brand perception
