• Responsible for overseeing the playout center, day-to-day ingest to transmission according to our house standards and in-line with the approved workflows and procedures.
• Responsible for supervising TX Operators working to the highest industry standards.
• Acting as a vital link in the Playout Center (NOC/MCR) and be involved in all stages of the channels management and transmission process.
• Responsible for managing day-to-day staffing presence according with shifts rotation in-adherence with the approved weekly/monthly schedules.
• Prepare the operational and technical daily supervisory reports and avail them in the POC log book.
• Manage the daily As-Run logs management and make sure that they are registered in the proper POC managed ftp space within the framework of the approved procedures and house rules.
• Working in close co-operation with the Broadcast Operations Manager, Engineering Department, IT Support and Maintenance and Sales and Bookings teams to ensure that TWOFOUR54 clients experience the highest levels of satisfaction
Skills
• Long experience in professional, medium to large Broadcasting TV or Teleport & Playout Facility-House.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to translate client’s requirements into practical solutions
• Knowledge of the local and regional TV
• DVB standards and High Definition video
• At least 5 years in a TV broadcasting environment with at least 2 years in a Supervisory role.

• Satellite down/uplink equipment
