Business Marketing Manager | Standard Chartered Bank Dubai, UAE

The primary activities of this job are to plan, develop and implement the marketing strategy and marketing communication for external, internal and overall branding for Consumer Banking Products & Services.

- Work with the segment and product teams and Business Heads on the conceptualization and implementation of marketing programs that will drive their business agenda.
- The role requires campaign management – from conceptualising the right program, agency briefing, setting KPIs and implementation with brand compliance and within budgets.
- The role requires working across all products and segments of CB and a complete understanding of their business agenda and ability to contribute to meeting these objectives with robust marketing plans.
- Ability to influence internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Managing relationships with all external partners.
- Ability to utilise CB budgets cost-effectively.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing with previous experience preferably in Marketing Communications and Event Management in a bank or financial institution.
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution, of marketing, communications and public relations activities in order to create top quality work.
- An eye and passion for details
- Excellent ability to take on a customers perspective and excellent feel for quality, color co-ordination , photo perspectives
- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to communicate ideas and strategies to internal colleagues.
- Experienced in evaluating campaigns and identifying key learnings.
- Strong writing skills and a creative thinker.
- Strong project/event management skills, ability to plan and manage through implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and activities.
