Dubai, UAE: This month, Cavalli Club Restaurant & Lounge launched a new menu at the hand of the new kitchen maestro, Chef Ernesto.
Bringing a wealth of international experience working for sports stars and celebrities such as tennis pro Boris Becker and music legend Ray Charles, Chef Ernesto has started waving his magic wand and proving to be the key ingredient in the Cavalli Club restaurant and lounge creations. Introducing authentic Italian flavors served fashionably as if crafted by the legendary Roberto Cavalli himself, Chef Ernesto is determined to bring the fashion of food and style to life in his dishes. From the intricate Zebra print of the ricotta cheese and spinach tortelli, to the favorite sea bass gently kissed by its vanilla potato foam and accessorized with saffron sauce every dish carries a story of style and sensation.
No sweet tooth will go unsatisfied with dessert delicacies draped in irresistible flavor and leaving a lasting legacy of ultimate indulgence. Authentic Italian Tiramisu rich in aroma, and summer passion fruit flavored crème brulee – the dessert menu presents taste sensations too good to feel guilty about.
The restaurant is open every night from 8:30pm, and on Sundays and Tuesdays guests receive complimentary champagne with selected menu offerings. The ambience of the evening slowly transforms before your eyes – white table coverings turn to black, the lighting softens and the ambience changes at the close of the dinner service.
