The Marketing Team of the MEA (Middle East and Africa) Region is looking for a Manager -Communications & Digital Marketing.


Your tasks include (but are not limited to):


  • Management of communications and PR programmes across MEA and handle Regional media relations in the central PR team
  • Drive central  and in  country projects
  • Manage the agency networks in the Region: prepare briefing, plans, manage budgets and measurements
  • Drive PR network throughout the Region
  • Ensure that communication strategy is successfully executed across multiple external communication channels
  • Leads content development and messaging in markets and for executives in particular in corporate and also on products PR to support products launches, in order to generate positive coverage. Create and update content and positioning on corporate topics.
  • Works closely with executives and peers to help articulate messaging  to multiple audiences in line with business objectives
  • Work closely with the marketing teams and alliances to leverage budget and build integrated communication approach
  • Provides direction and vision to expand regional web marketing efforts and to support the marketing strategy
  • Partner with globalization team to implement globalization strategy and business processes
  • Help manage work sent to external outsourcing production vendor
  • Work closely with the local marketing teams to plan and implement our strategy across the region
  • Provide guidance and leadership on a strategic and tactical level to ensure that best practices for localization are accomplished across all of America.
  • Monitor and implement industry best practices for international web marketing
  • Build web based metrics to optimize campaigns
  • Manage execution of the company’s social media strategy
  • Create and sustain local country websites to support the regional marketing efforts

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business, and 7-10 years related Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Social Media, PR, Digital Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Strong marketing communications experience, Public Relations, Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Experience in media relations in a multicultural environment
  • Good knowledge of technology industry, in particular PC market within the MEA Region
  • Experience of communication in major countries combined with experience of coordination of multiple countries is recommended
  • Ability to drive sales with creative marketing ideas and strategies
  • Travel in the role
  • Proven track record with driving multiple projects/tasks with deadlines and experience with a variety of consumer-oriented marketing channels (Web, direct mail, print advertising, etc)
