In this role you are to maintain and grow Nawras’ market leadership and you will be responsible for executing quality communication campaigns in coordination with the proposition management team and other marketing departments, as required. You will coordinate and execute requests from other departments in relation to communications requirements, including: Sales, Corporate Affairs, HR, Network etc.You will participate in the execution of advertising campaigns from initial brief to final delivery of the campaign. You will arrange media booking (if needed) and will monitor advertising campaigns (including supervising ATL execution), all the time working very closely with the agency to ensure the desired outcome. You will work with all internal teams and external agencies to implement and evaluate an innovative, pleasingly different outdoor branding strategy that enhances our media activities. As part of your responsibility for the management of external agencies, you will lead a periodic evaluation of agency performance.
Requirements
You have 5 – 8 successful years of experience in a similar position, either client or agency side. You have a good knowledge of the global media scene and an appreciation of the specifics of the Oman media market is highly desirable. You have very strong problem solving skills and project management skills. You have excellent Communication skills (written and spoken) in English & Arabic. You have good Computer Skills: Excel, Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint. You have excellent knowledge of communication and marketing strategies and practice. You have a working knowledge of the internet and other digital media. Experience of innovative outdoor and ambient media would be an advantage.You have a University degree in Communication/Marketing or similar. You must have a valid driver’s license.
