Our client, a leading international Financial Services organisation is currently seeking to recruit for Consumer Sales ManagerThe Candidates must have BankingFinancial services experience.Position SummaryTo own and drive all Sales and Client Management activities across Jordan. The purpose of the role is threefold to own and manage the consumer sales team and deliver forecast and profitable accounts to the business to own and manage the corporate Account Management team and organically grow the base through deepening and broadening relationships within the existing corporate portfolio to own and manage the Corporate Sales Team to prospect, hunt and win new business 2. Principal Accountabilities Deliver right mix to achieve targets and drive billings through exceptional deployment of consumer sales team measure and manage productivity measure and manage product mix Deliver thoroughly trained consumer team which are both product expert and sales expert to the UAE market Deploy and deliver new consumer products reach the end consumer effectively so new product targets are met Ensure that all consumer sales practice is within compliance boundaries and that mis-sell is closely managed Ensure all consumer staff receive all monies owed (salary, incentives, expenses) in timely and efficient manner Deliver growth in corporate through management of corporate Account Management Team and deliver billings and growth through strategic relationship management of existing base ensure through team management all top clients have strategic account plan focused on growth in existing retention new product relationship mapping Deliver growth in corporate across corporate Sales Team to deliver new corporate business to the organization
Unique Knowledge and Skills Very strong knowledge of consumer sales (B2C)through thorough understanding of Personal Sales (Direct Sales) environment and an understanding of the key levers which drive a consumer sales team Very strong account relationship management experience and the ability influence at the highest level Very strong knowledge of corporate (B2B) sales through understanding of market, prospecting, pipeline management and close Excellent leadership ability and a proven and demonstrable history of deliver through coaching across B2C and B2B Thorough knowledge of incentivisation and the triggers to enhance performance across B2B and B2C Experience of achieving KPI's through growing an existing customer base and an ability to work the relevant levers to achieve this Understanding of all Company products. Deep understanding of competitive products in the market and able to communicate differentiation Strong financial acumen with analytical and strategic thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels Degree level education or equivalent experience
