•Works with senior management to develop appropriate corporate communications plans and effective marketing strategies to promote the Bena Brand and its projects and developments.
•Takes lead in the sustenance of the brand, engaging in eminence building efforts through strategic media plans.
•Identifies and coordinate research of real estate industry issues and trends and develop approaches for responding to market challenges.
•Identifies all market related risks and establishes appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.
•Designs and deploys strategic sales and marketing initiatives for the company and provides direction to develop campaigns to augment sales performance and market penetration plans.
•Conducts market research, competitor analysis and product analysis and maintain market information database.
•Manages and leads the marketing initiatives, advertising and promotional campaigns and exclusive publicity of Bena Projects.
•Approaches high net worth individuals / corporate clients and company’s existing clients to create Brand Awareness and generate business for the company.
•Negotiates agreements for the purchase, sale, rental, lease, and use of real estate property.
•Draws up legal agreements & MOU between Bena and buyers.
•Ensures all promotional plans are in line with the strategic objectives of the company and appropriate media channels are identified to promote Bena.
•Directs public relations efforts in order to meet needs and objectives, of specific Bena Projects and Developments. Provides approved Bena Developments information through fact sheets, news releases, photographs, scripts, motion pictures, or tape recordings to persons who may be interested in learning about or publicizing the organization activities.
•Evaluates Ad proposals from advertising agencies. Purchases advertising space and time as required. Arranges for and conducts public-contact programs designed to meet the Bena objectives.
•Forecasts advertising budgets, makes recommendations related to advertising & media related sponsorship / participations opportunities, procedure and polices, credit, production scheduling other related business problems and to make personnel recommendations.
•Researches data, creates ideas, writes copy, lay out artwork, contacts media representatives, or represents employer directly before general public.
•Acts as a spokesperson of the company; manages events; develops and maintains media and press relations; conducts press conferences.
Requirements
•Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing or Communications or equivalent with 10 – 15 years experience in Project Management construction and development industry
•Knowledge of in print and electronic media requirements for production, and promotion.
•Good knowledge and understanding of marketing, media management and advertising.
•Understanding of the conceptual professional real estate sales and marketing process and willingness and ability to contribute directly to that process.
•Ability to identify and research key industry and client information (trends, issues, client-specific data and tactical opportunities) that facilitate account-targeting efforts.
•Understanding of the basic skills involved in business building and development, including strategic planning, revenue planning and monitoring of results.
•Competency with basic skills such as product positioning, advertising, public relations, print production, presentations and events.
•In-depth knowledge of markets within the real estate industry.
