- Ensuring customer success, local marketing, and effective deployment of corporate strategies across the team
- Managing corporate sales performance
- Prospecting new clients with products and services
- Providing weekly accurate sales forecasts
- Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance
- Communicating with other line managers
- Reporting back to top management
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the Rotana’s products
- Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing
- Working with and developing relationships with Rotana clients
- Maintaining an understanding of the designated product market in order to identify and prioritize the key opportunities for Rotana in that market
Skills
- University degree in management, preferably in a related discipline, i.e. Media, IT software, or Business. Master degree is preferred
- 15 Years of experience in corporate sales
- Excellent bilingual (English / Arabic) language capabilities
- Excellent communication & contract negotiations
- Outspoken / aggressive
- Technology oriented / internet efficient user
- General appearance should be presentable
- Hard working & career oriented
- Willing to travel
