About the Job :
Strategic Marketing Planning – Create and implement the long term marketing strategy with a 3 year horizon to achieve the brand as well as the group’s objectives and the brand’s long term business plan.Catalogue Strategy – Develop and execute a catalogue strategy. To include -managing the catalogue production, analyzing the Primary Market Area & Catalogue Catchment area. Forecasting catalogue orders, controlling the catalogue distribution plan and external catalogue launch in order to maximize the visitors and sales Media Liaison – Act as the brands spokesman, ensuring a positive image for the brand within the market and general public.Brand management – Manage the brand to ensure that the IKEA indentity, brand values and key benefits are communicated properly.Country Management – Contribute as a member of the country management team to achieve the best possible results and establish synergy between the stores in relation to marketing activities, campaigns and advertisements.
About You
You will be a university graduate with a degree in marketing or advertising. Have at least 5 years experience in a related field with strong focus on strategic planning and analytical skills. You will be confident, a quick decision maker, a team player and strategic thinker.
