Our client a major pharmaceutical company is urgently seeking Customer Marketing Manager to oversee the Over the Counter and Nutritional Environment division. The main responsibilities for this role are -
- Develop winning strategies at point of purchase for the company’s brands.
- Develop consumer promotions strategy in synchronisation with brand objectives.
- Measure impact and recommend improvements to drive excellence at the point of purchase.
- New channel opportunity identification and strategy development.
Inclusive of these responsibilities the desired candidate will be responsible for -
- Develop and implement winning strategies at Point of Purchase by getting a thorough understanding of shopper and customer insight.
- Ensure availability in the market as per brand plans
- Meet brand objectives by developing consumer promotion strategy and having proper action standards and measurement criteria.
- Deliver consumer promotion plans for the brands as per the strategy.
- Work with procurement and the demand team for sourcing of items from suppliers and timely availability in the market.
- Get a thorough understanding of shopper and customer.
- Maximise the opportunity to reach to the consumer in store by leveraging our relationship with the customer by doing micro marketing activities including sampling.
- Develop strategies and activities that help the company become the supplier of choice for the customers.

Experience/Knowledge/Technical Skills Required -
- Graduate with an MBA in Sales & Marketing or Scientific background with 5 to 8 years experience in an Over the Counter/Nutritional environment.
- Hands on experience of sales & distribution.
- Knowledge of Regulatory understanding.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory environment of the market.
- Experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing role.
- Knowledge of Sales Operating Procedures.
- Hands on experience in handling people.
