Are you seeking an exciting new career challenge in the digital world? The Digital Hub MEA team is looking for an online professional to help to drive business results for Microsoft.com. We think across products, and audience groups to provide a truly One-Microsoft perspective to the users. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong web, social media, analytic and project management experience.

Position mission:
The Digital Hub MEA is managing the MS.COM Core Content across MEA for the countries Saudi, Egypt, Gulf, NEPA (Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Libya, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Pakistan) and Africa, hence the team is focusing on providing great content and customer experiences, respecting the actual guideline and compliance policies at the same time. As member of the Microsoft CMG online community the Digital Hub is focused on enabling field leaders to drive online marketing excellence using microsoft.com across the region.

You will work closely with the team members in Beirut and the HQ in Dubai, whole range of departments from strategy to studio, in order to forecast, achieve and improve measurable outcomes through online marketing activities in more than 12 countries.

- Account Management perspective:
You will be responsible for the accomplishment of projects (both MEA wide and country specific) from conception to execution, up to evaluation and optimization. Within the project management and beyond, you will be the responsible contact to drive customer experience on Microsoft.com by ensuring high quality information architecture and content.

- Analysis and strategy perspective:
Drive business results on Microsoft.com through analysis and insights, based on Microsoft internal tools as well as on external sources. Report to HQ Dubai on a regular basis, giving actionable recommendations using all online channels.

- Social Media perspective:
You will participate in developing and driving the social media approach to increase customer engagement across MEA. In the listening phase, this includes proactive management & strategy contribution while executing the listening, using both listening tools as well as proactive activities in the net and all available social media platforms. Provide insights and actionable listening strategy. Report on a monthly basis. Based on the insights, contribute to the engagement strategy including listening board to be presented by end of Q1 (September). Drive feedback and priorities from field into planning and execution processes continuously.

Skills
• Thrives in and can drive results in a complex, multi-site, multi-stakeholder publishing environment; loves the creativity, energy, and enthusiasm of a fast, collaborative, innovative team.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing practices including: Web, video, social media, blog, wiki, digital events, digital advertising, syndication, RSS, newsletter/email, click-to-chat/talk, widget/gadget/app, pod/vod-cast, SEA, SEO, & others.
• Voracious appetite for exploring, learning and adopting new and innovative digital marketing strategies that drive deep, repeated customer engagement.
• Is capable to master key aspects of business-driven Web publishing (strategy, content, and project management) for diverse business audiences.
• Has understanding of integrated marketing practices/principles, and understands their application to the Web.
• Has strong analytical, and project-management skills, is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic HTML and Web design skills are a plus
• Open to work with other cultures and driving international results
• Exceptional communication ability
• Exceptional attention to detail
• 3-4 years experience in agency or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Very good language skills (English, Arabic), French is a plus
