The Digital Account Manager is a dedicated digital focused professional whose role is to be the single point of contact for the local Nokia Marketing client.

In this role, the Digital Account Manager has overall responsibility for agency output from planning stage to execution and after campaign reporting. The Digital Account Manager might not be the sole person creating the planning or reporting input, but will be managing, coordinating and leading agency resources in order to meet local client’s needs. These resources could be located at SU level, HUB, or locally at LSU level. Digital Account Manager will need to provide local perspective and relevant insights to the central specialized resources (planners, creative, producers, etc.)

Digital Account Manager should provide overall leadership for the purpose of developing a quality local relevant solution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive the activation of the campaigns – mobilising internal agency teams and managing the client relationship to ensure the client plans are developed.
• Drive the local Activation planning process across client and agency teams
• Work with their respective cluster leads as well with Nokia partners (ex. Media Agency) to ensure the global campaign architecture and guidance is delivered and understood on a local LSU level.
• Monitor results from various data measurement, tracking and optimization tools and advise client on opportunities and options driven by those results. (with backup from central resources)
• Identify, evaluate and monitor effective local marketing venues.
• Assist client in establishing long and short term marketing objectives and goals.
• Act as internal client liaison.
• Responsible for local final Agency work-quality control.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• A digital ‘native’ with knowledge of all existing and emerging digital channels.
• Comprehensive understanding of online strategy, marketing, media concepts and branding.
• Understanding of measurement and tracking tools within all digital channels.
• Knowledge of Brand websites, SEO/SEM, email campaigns and mobile marketing
• Strong client facing skills.
• Successful track record managing multiple client assignments.
• Qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
• Excellent project management skills.
• Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including production, media, research and database.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS degree required
• Agency or internet professional services experience
• Three to five+ years of over all experience; two years interactive account experience at a minimum
• Experience with direct marketing, relationship marketing and CRM within an integrated marketing perspective preferred.
