This senor sales leader will engage directly with a list of pre agreed top MENA clients and agencies at a MENA level to convert in active key accounts, accelerate share shift, grow existing account and increase market share. He will work in close coordination with the country sales heads and sales teams to ensure optimum coordination. Reporting line on this part of the role will be into the MENA commercial Director, Head of Sales MENA.
Digital Strategic Account Manager approach is to create strong relationships with key senior decision makers in the industry, help them understand the medium through the education, data and insights, case studies and continuous efforts to accelerate brand’s shift to digital.
1. Identify the key strategic accounts on the short, medium and long run
2. Strategic accounts are identified based on the potential opportunity from a revenue perspective on the 1-2 quarters
3. Create a 3 years forecast that includes conversion and revenue outlook
4. Create a process that manages the relationship with Digital Strategic Account Team and the local sales teams
5. Coordinate with B2B and P&S to create the material to support market development approach
6. Partner with peers around the globe to benefit from best practices, industry knowledge etc.
7. Ensuring coordination, communication and teamwork among staff of MENA sales leaders
8. Ensuring the company is leading share shift to digital through an aggressive effort to move top brands to online
9. Report on activities to Head of Sales and tracking conversations and pipeline
10. Owning a semi annual revenue and conversion target
11. Maintain Global Reporting and Visibility: interface with Internal Reporting and Finance teams to create global revenue flow reporting
