As the Trading Manager you will have experience of Real Time Bidding and DSP exchanges and have worked in
a team which has grown across this area in the past year. Experience of new being involved in new business pitches is vital as you will be heading up this trading team from day one. You need to be able to identify opportunities for
the improving new technologies and championing the implementation of tools. It’s important that you have solid experience within a data centric, digital marketing roles as well as being analytically and numerically very strong. The
successful candidate will have a deep understanding media related technologies form ad servers to tag management.
As the Trading Manager you will be developing a team across this digital agency’s operational
framework and best practice. As you continue to build the team you will be overseeing the integration with core
systems as well as proposing strategies, technologies and actionable recommendations. You will be in charge of growing this team and implementing training and development programmes for RTB campaign executives and client teams.
