Requirements
„? Marketing Strategy Development – Develop sound marketing strategies to win in the marketplace. This will include market segmentation, value proposition development, positioning, branding, pricing, channel and communication strategy development. Identify, qualify and reach agreements with marketing service providers and ensure the required results with the assigned quality and timeline to have the maximum impact of marketing strategy to ensure increase in market share. Initiate and participate in the development of all the marketing collateral, including website, product/service releases, brochures, advertisements, video, PC presentations, special premium items, flyers. Supporting and training sales staff with brand messages
„? Product/Service Portfolio Management ?V Provide marketing expertise for the day-to-day management of the service/product. These activities include opportunity assessment, market evaluation, market research, financial evaluation, and other marketing needs required through out the product evaluation process. Define the service/product road map in the long, mid and short term incorporating customer needs, input and feedback from other internal and external groups.
„? Senior Management Team ?V Work with the Senior Management Team to ensure appropriate synergy and integration of new business development activities into the broader business unit strategy.
„? Business Strategy Development ?V Define, refine, test and implement strategic plans. These activities include primary research, industry, market and competitive analysis, customer needs assessment. Define the service service/product roadmap in the long, mid and short term
„? Alliance Development ?V Identify, build and manage long term relationships with strategic partners. Initiate and complete proposals, presentations, terms and conditions, negotiations and execution for the acquisition of licensing opportunities and technologies, research collaborations, strategic alliances, distribution agreements, mergers/acquisitions/divestitures etc
