As Marketing Director for this leading professional services firm, you’ll lead the sub-area marketing function, comprising the central marketing team, the production agency and the Country/office marketing resources .You will play a critical role in the Marketing organization through shaping plans, customizing programs and driving deployment.
The main role & responsibilities include;
-Lead area projects and initiatives when needed.
-Develop and deliver a strategy to achieve EMEIA and Middle East priorities
-Provide strategic advice to sub-area leadership on marketing issues that may emerge
-Produce an integrated marketing plan for Middle East
-Support and ensure the development of appropriate plans for service lines, segments and
countries within the sub-area
-Developing and managing the central Marketing budget
-Overseeing and monitoring deployment activities
-Overseeing and approving country/office marketing budgets
-Working with Business Development to ensure appropriate leverage and ROI is achieved
-Develop the marketing function into a world-class marketing resource
-Team with Area marketing in the development of new policies and programs
Requirements
Candidates with the following skills/experiences would be preferred:

Understanding the business and region
Brand development
Client relationship marketing/account planning experience
Marketing planning
Project management
Thought leadership/content generation experience
Marketing/business studies graduate with experience in a senior marketing role. Post Qualification experience is preferable.
Previous experience in Professional firms where there has been exposure to Marketing & Communications in the Middle East Market is highly preferred.
