• To develop a solid pre opening Sales and marketing plan for the property.
• To develop a short and long term plan for the property.
• Assist in setting the revenue plan and ensure that the same is met.
• To recruit the entire sales and marketing team.
• Train his / her team efficiently.
Skills
• Obtain an academic qualification and professional in the field of economics as well as access to training courses and professional certification in the same area
• Experience in the field of marketing and sales hotel and furnished apartments of less than 5 years in the same functional category
• The ability to achieve the sales targets at specific times
• The ability to negotiate and persuasion and tact and good communication with customers
• The ability to build strong working relationships with public clients
• Ability to lead the team
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in dealing with computer
