Job Summary
The post-holder will be part of the Communication team and responsible to produce such copy that is persuasive and attention grabbing, used primarily to meet various corporate communication needs.
Main Responsibilities:
? Write all copy to support communication activities (email, website, ..etc);
? Write press releases, speeches, featured stories, brochures, annual reports, documents, internal; and external key messages and other corporate material;
? Submit material for publication in the required and expected format;
? Collate and analyze media coverage
? To be able to prepare to rewrite and revise work (often several times) following feedback;
? Find, pursue and maintain knowledge of communications and publication opportunities;
? Develop technical skills of writing and knowledge of organization business & operations
? Research and verify the factual content of written work
? Establish strong relationships across with local and international media
? Establish strong relationships across departments and an understanding of management needs
? Work to tight deadlines
Skills:
? Strong experience copywriting for corporate communications
? Understanding of search engines and marketing strategies is a benefit
Language:
? Arabic: Excellent command of Arabic language is essential
? English: Excellent command of English language is essential
? French: Excellent command of French language is essential
Personal Attributes:
? High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality, demonstrate a high level of trust
? Detail oriented
? Ability to work on own initiative
? Understanding and awareness of culture
Education
? Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
