This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Online & Email Campaign Executive to join at an exciting time in its ambitious eCommerce rollout plan.
On this role you will be responsible to manage the setup and launch of all email campaigns for both the business campaigns and the loyalty programme. Drive new customer acquisition, retention and reactivation rates for the Al Futtaim brands websites via the email channel and other appropriate channels across all devices (mobile, tablet and desktop).
Develop and implement the email strategy for the retention file and the loyalty programme (including Welcome Programme, Reactivation). Also develop and implement the email strategy for fulfilment emails and to drive loyalty sign ups (Abandon Cart, Abandon Search, Welcome, Nursery Programme, Order Confirmation). Create focused campaign efforts aimed at driving key campaign performance indicators including: repeat visit rates, revenue, visits, AOV, conversion and loyalty programme customer acquisition.
To be considered for this exciting role, you should have minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years focused on Email Marketing within an E-commerce environment. With excellent skills in planning, implementing and optimising Loyalty email strategies and online business campaigns. Managing multiple online Loyalty and Retention email campaigns at one time. Experience with email service provider including the set up and deploy of email & behavioural triggered campaigns.
Along with previous experience you must have strong analytical and numerical skills – you must be someone who quickly grasps the key drivers of the various retail sectors (e.g. Fast fashion, DIY, Electricals, Furniture, Toys).
