Our client, a multinational company in communciation networking is currently seeking an Event/Project Manager for a 6 month contract. Due to the length of the contract this position will be strongly supported by the Executive team.
Responsibilities will include :
- Main Responsibility will be to project manage the GITEX Exhibition October 2010
- Manage budgeting and payments for event
- Manage and liaise with PR agency for GITEX
- Ensure client brand is properly represented
-Oversee, provide direction and establish a lead qualification and distribution process.
-Other marketing related duties
Skills
-Degree in marketing, communications, business or related
-Minimum 4 years related experience
-Experience of marketing within IT industry preferred
-Excellent organization and communication skills and extremely detail-oriented team player
