Assisting with New Business Sales
Continual client interaction and ensuring the most up to date information is available. Communicating changes to the team when they occur.
Compilation of the client contract and gaining their agreement to it
Collation of team creative thoughts to relay to back to the client to promote the original idea
Coordination with all suppliers, sourcing the individual events and ensuring all runs to the plan making the event a success
Coordinating and organizing events starting from taking a clear and concise brief through to its execution
Assisting with the negotiation of prices with suppliers and contractors. Coordination of their payments
Invoicing clients in conjunction with Finance
Booking artists and relaying the specification from the client to them.
Booking venues and any necessary equipment and supplies
Marketing an publicizing events
Carry out all other reasonable instruction as directed by your line manager
