· Research databases and build up a clientele list from both the public and private sectors.
· Research major occasions, conferences & festivals.
· Set sales targets & strategies and plan sales campaigns.
· Device and implement sponsorship packages.
· Secure sponsorships for company projects.
· Have input in literature production and publicity campaigns.
· Recruit, Manage, guide& motivate sales staff.
· Liaise horizontally with all departments and report to G.M.
Qualification and Experiences
College degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field with at lease 5 years in management level.
Ability to work in a challenging environment
Excellent oral & written communications skills
