Manage the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans and initiatives for a business unit, field or department.
Communicates marketing activities to other business units, field teams and departments on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for programs and initiatives.
Lead effort to track marketing performance, gather consumer insight and analyse program effectiveness.
Lead the development of multi channel, integrated marketing strategies and programming plans for marketing activities within a specific business unit, field team or department.
Develops, manages and tracks marketing budgets, timelines and processes from inception to execution.
Presents marketing strategies and execution details to senior leadership, management, zone marketing directors and other departments.
Manages relationships with internal and external creative teams, agencies and vendors to develop integrated custome communication materials.
Requirements
8 Years marketing experience preferably within a multi-site retail business.
Experience of developing and implementing campaign and promotional activity within a retail environment.
Experience of identifying and briefing agencies / third parties across a range of disciplines.
Experience of analysing / evaluating marketing performance,
Ability to manage cross functional teams supporting marketing activities.
