Get Ready to Workout with Lewis Hamilton
UAE: Monday 22nd October 2012: Reebok Ambassador and top international athlete, Lewis Hamilton will be appearing once again in the UAE joining the Reebok CrossFit LifeSpark team in a live fitness demonstration to be held at the Promenade, Dubai Marina Mall on Wednesday 31st October 2012, from 4.00p.m. – 5.30-p.m.
The demonstration will see Lewis Hamilton unveil his top fitness and training secrets that have consistently kept him in poll position. Working out live on stage alongside Reebok CrossFit Asian Games champion 2011, Candice Howe, Lewis will talk about his gruelling training schedule and be pushed to his fitness limits in a CrossFit circuit to include squats, kettle bell swings, push-ups and burpees.
Open to the public, the event is being organised by international sport and fitness brand Reebok in association with the Dubai Marina Mall and event organisers are encouraging anyone who would like to learn more about how to improve their fitness levels or experience the once-in-a-lifetime chance to work out with Lewis Hamilton, to come along to the promenade opposite the Dubai Marina Mall and join in the training session.
There is even the chance for five lucky winners to win the chance to work out with Lewis Hamilton live on stage and take away latest Reebok training apparel.
