Our client is a medium sized Marketing and Events management company with operations based out of Dubai. Due to excellent results over the last year, are now looking for an new Graphic Designer to join their existing team who has the remit of turning a good agency into a great one with the intention of putting stunning creative work at the heart of the proposition that they offer to clients.
The Graphic Designer needs to be a big-picture people person who thrives on the challenge of coming up with a continuous stream of fresh, new ideas. This position requires the Graphic Designer to create visual concepts for everything from billboard advertisements to magazine layouts to videos and websites.
This post will work closely with the Creative Director to brainstorm and generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client’s brief and then will be responsible to brief other members of the creative team. In addition the Art Director is also responsible for producing innovative ideas for advertising campaigns in all kinds of media, including Television, radio, digital, posters, press, direct mail.
On this basis, you should be an experienced Designer with detailed commercial communications experience, ideally gained within the B2B sector (although you should have the ability to turn your hand to B2C). You’ll be capable of coming up with exciting, original, intelligent, clever creative ideas for integrated and one-off tactical campaigns both on and offline. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of all of the key graphic Macintosh software packages including In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Xpress and hopefully more on the digital front, plus a good understanding of outputting for print and production
The successful candidate shall meet the following profile:
• 2+ years PQE ideally in corporate branding;
