- Excel in design of BTL material
- Full control of typography and capacity of creating personalized typography
- Capable of Graphic visual concepts/twists
- Team up and follow up with production department until approval of final product on all related print work
- Ability to work constructively with assigned teams
- Proven capacity to conceptualize
- Organize work flow for all his team
- Coach/train his teams and make sure they deliver according to established standards

Skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Mastering of all graphic design related MAC programs (photoshop/Illustrator/Quark)
- Should be a high caliber designer, focused and highly experienced in different kinds of layouting (typographical, commercial, promotional, corporate)
- Strong BTL experience is needed
